Combitech in Malmö seeks software engineers to join their inhouse team working at the forefront of technology. The role involves working with complex embedded real-time systems within the 5G technology domain as part of agile teams developing software for sectors such as space, satellite, telecom, defense, radar systems, mining, and vehicles.
Main requirements:
  • Experience in software development with relevant background (few years)
  • Civil or university engineering degree in relevant technical field
  • Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work in agile teams
  • Security clearance approval required
  • Interest in technology and problem-solving
Responsibilities:
  • Work as part of an agile team responsible for full product development cycle
  • Tasks include system engineering, design, and testing of embedded software systems
  • Collaborate with colleagues both at Combitech offices and customer sites
  • Travel occasionally to other offices to gain knowledge and meet colleagues
Required hard skills:
  • Embedded real-time systems development
  • Programming in C, C++, Python
  • Version control with Git
Recommended hard skills:
  • Knowledge of Swedish language (considered an advantage)
