We are seeking reinforcement for the Servicedesk team. As a technical specialist, you will be part of a team for one or several units and report to the responsible team leader. Your mission is to ensure, based on an established and approved plan, that the business receives the technical support it requests and to ensure that changes fit into the existing technical environment. This assignment is part of the technical deliveries within the center for information technology and medical technology. The role may also involve participation in various projects and assignments within the region.
Main requirements:
- Relevant academic education/experience in IT and end-user support
- Good basic technical competence
- Ability to listen, analyze, and build trust and engagement at all organizational levels
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role
Responsibilities:
- Perform activities based on approved plans to ensure the business receives requested technical support
- Ensure changes fit into the existing technical environment
- Participate in various projects and assignments within the region
