The role involves working in a servicedesk team at Orange Cyberdefense to handle incoming customer issues, coordinate daily activities, and support cybersecurity operations. The position requires shift work and focuses on delivering high-quality customer service within a dynamic and challenger culture.
Main requirements:
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite.
- Passion for delivering high-class customer service.
- Ability to work in rotating three-shift schedules (morning, afternoon, night).
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer incidents, requests, and service inquiries.
- Respond to alerts from monitoring systems.
- Coordinate daily activities for cybersecurity technicians.
- Manage hardware exchanges for customers.
- Help develop work routines and processes.
- Create and maintain documentation.
- Present the servicedesk to customers.
Required hard skills:
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite.
Recommended hard skills:
- Experience with ITIL Service Management.
