- Technical education or post-secondary KY/YH education in IT or equivalent service desk experience

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming support tickets via case management system, phone, and email
- Resolve technical problems and provide support to customers
- Prioritize and escalate tickets as necessary
- Document actions taken and perform follow-ups to ensure proper resolution
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and efficient use of case management tools
Required hard skills:
- IT technical knowledge relevant to service desk operations
