Main requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in requirements and systems engineering within automotive industry
  • Strong background in system and function development with clear documentation skills
  • Experience with CAN, automotive Ethernet, and vehicle communication protocols
  • Knowledge and application of FMEA and ISO 26262 functional safety standards
  • Experience collaborating with OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers through product lifecycle phases
  • Familiarity with requirement management, system architecture, software design, integration, testing, deployment
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Responsibilities:
  • Define, analyze, and manage system requirements from concept to delivery
  • Lead development and documentation of system specifications for hardware and software
  • Design and contribute to system architecture with development teams
  • Analyze technical specifications for electronic automotive anti-collision systems
  • Coordinate with software and hardware teams to align technical requirements
  • Track and monitor requirement changes ensuring traceability
  • Support lab and vehicle testing phases to verify requirements
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards focusing on system quality and reliability
