Seeking a Senior Solution Architect to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient architecture for the Planon cloud-based Facility Management and Real Estate solution. The role bridges business needs with technical solutions, aligns Planon software with organizational goals, and leads optimization of real estate and facility management processes.
Main requirements:
- Deep understanding of Real Estate business processes and Planon implementation
- Broad knowledge of Facility Management & Real Estate technologies and platforms
- Strong experience with cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with complex enterprise ecosystems and industry-specific solution tailoring
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience designing scalable, secure SaaS solutions in cloud environments (Microsoft Azure)
- Willingness to work onsite in Malmö or Amsterdam 1–3 times monthly
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, secure, efficient architecture for Planon cloud-based FMRE solution
- Align Planon software with Ingka’s organizational goals and IT environment
- Analyze technology and business processes to provide data-driven architectural solutions
- Lead optimization of real estate and facility management processes using Planon’s REM4SAP
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders ensuring alignment and integration
- Stay updated on real estate and FM technology to drive innovation in solution architecture
- Support integration, automation, and data flows in Microsoft Azure-hosted SaaS environment
