We are seeking one or more experienced and driven senior project managers. In this role, you will lead and drive projects within the product areas of generators, simulators, batteries, and chargers. You will be a key person ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality. Project management will be both national and international, giving you great opportunities to work closely with our customers in varied projects. You will be part of a competent team of project managers with commercial and technical focus who pride themselves on delivering according to customer expectations, with the right quality and on time.
Main requirements:
  • Experienced senior project manager, preferably with engineering education or equivalent practical project management experience
  • Proven experience leading and completing projects according to budget, timelines, and delivery plans
  • Good technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and automation fields
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work independently and structured
  • Experience or interest in the defense sector
  • Fluent Swedish and English, other languages meritorious
  • Valid B driving license for travel within and outside Sweden
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate projects from start to finish including planning, delegation, and follow-up
  • Engage early in the bidding process with sales team
  • Set system architecture together with product manager
  • Ensure project delivery meets customer requirements, budget, and timelines
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigating actions
  • Coach and develop colleagues for their full potential
  • Contribute to business development within the area
