Senior Java Developer

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy Java applications within the Authorization domain, working with both legacy monolithic and modern microservices-based systems, contributing to maintenance, support, new features, architecture, and automated testing, in a collaborative Agile environment.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum five years hands-on Java development experience in complex environments
  • Ability to contribute to system design and thoroughly test functionality
  • Strong experience in writing and maintaining automated tests
  • Proactive and collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English
  • Experience with Java 17/21, Oracle databases, Kafka, and OpenShift
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications
  • Work with legacy monolithic systems and modern microservices-based applications
  • Perform maintenance, third line support, and new feature development
  • Contribute actively to architectural and design discussions
  • Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure high code quality
  • Collaborate closely within an Agile team
