Experienced hardware designer to join VIPAS AB for an exciting consulting assignment in advanced technical development, focusing on digital electronics, mixed signal, and full product lifecycle responsibility.
Main requirements:
- Experience in detailed design of digital electronics including SoC/FPGA and DDR memory
- Knowledge of mixed signal design (ADC/DAC)
- Experience with circuit board design tools such as Cadence or Siemens
- Experience with simulation tools like Hyperlynx
- Proficient in the use of modern measurement instruments for testing and integration
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Embedded Systems
- Good understanding of processes and quality standards
- Excellent communication in spoken and written English and Swedish
Responsibilities:
- Conduct concept studies and research on future solutions and architectures
- Participate in requirement breakdown and specification of designs and systems
- Perform detailed design including simulation, component selection, and schematic design
- Develop and review production documentation
- Test and verify performance in the lab
- Troubleshoot and support product integration
Required hard skills:
- Digital electronics design
