We are seeking a responsible and decisive Security Guard to ensure safety in SL's public transport system, working alongside other security resources to protect passengers and contractors. Candidates must have a valid security guard license and preferably two years of experience in the security industry. Main requirements:
  • Valid trained security guard license with current authorization
  • Preferably minimum 2 years experience in the security industry
  • Ability to take responsibility, make decisions independently, and manage stressful situations
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Willingness to complete three days of object-specific training before starting
Responsibilities:
  • Participate as part of security resources to maintain safety and order in public transport
  • Respond appropriately to stressful and challenging situations to ensure public safety
  • Collaborate closely with passengers and contractors to promote a secure environment
Required hard skills:
  • Valid security guard license with current authorization
  • Experience in security services
  • Proficient Swedish language skills in both speech and writing
