Main requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Valid driving license category B
  • Clear criminal record, drug-free, orderly finances, good health and physical ability
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct patrolling rounds checking alarms, windows, doors, and equipment
  • Staff receptions, switchboards, monitoring centers, and guard booths
  • Perform safety-promoting patrols in public environments
  • Respond to alarms including burglary, disturbances, property alarms, call alarms, emergency alarms
  • Carry out control activities
  • Operate security technology
  • Work both day and night shifts
  • Work independently and in teams proactively creating a safe environment for customers
Required hard skills:
  • Valid driver's license category B
  • Good oral and written proficiency in Swedish and English
  • Physical fitness adequate for security tasks
Recommended hard skills:
  • Security guard training (VU1, 9-day course) - training provided if needed
  • Experience in security industry
