Main requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Provide phone support to panellists ensuring optimal functioning of meters
  • Test hardware, install software/firmware, and configure devices before dispatch
  • Process and dispatch all panel stock orders and requests; handle stock returns
  • Log and report all stock lines, conduct stock checks and inventory audits
  • Plan, order, quality check, and account for all stock deliveries
  • Safely store hardware
  • Log and report all distribution activities and equipment details
  • Maintain stock levels in the stock system
  • Examine returned equipment for condition and prepare for redeployment
  • Log SIM card numbers for tracking and misuse prevention
  • Provide knowledge support on stock lines
  • Liaise with delivery and logistics companies to resolve issues and chase refunds
