Platform Architect - Integration

As a Platform Architect focusing on Integration at Securitas Intelligent Services AB, you will be part of the North Star Program Architecture team. You will lead the architectural design and implementation in the integration domain, aligning technology strategy with business objectives to enable successful program delivery across European countries. You will oversee architecture leadership, define target architectures, create roadmaps, enforce standards, and govern solution designs to ensure high-quality, consistent technology solutions.
Main requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Architecture and IT industry.
  • 5+ years of relevant and documented Architecture experience in the Integration Domain.
  • Experience in defining Integration Patterns and associated standards.
  • Experience driving change and leading architecture roadmaps within complex organizations.
  • IT/IS architecture experience in an Enterprise Architecture context.
  • In-depth knowledge of creating and leading Integration Domain architecture.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
  • Proficiency in English at business level.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead architecture in the integration area, overseeing development and implementation.
  • Define clear, well-aligned target architecture for integration domain.
  • Create and regularly update architecture roadmap aligned with business priorities.
  • Lead architectural activities and decisions, providing expert technology guidance.
  • Provide domain expertise for business plans, roadmaps, feasibility studies, and design workshops.
  • Establish, maintain, and enforce architecture standards and reference architectures.
  • Shape project architectures ensuring compliance with standards and requirements.
  • Govern solution designs to ensure conformity with architecture standards.
  • Lead and participate in architecture assessments and reviews.
  • Manage technology life cycle within the integration domain.
