Responsibilities:
- Ensure support documentation is accurate, updated, and easily accessible
- Drive continuous development and improvements of servicedesk services
- Work with shift-left to enhance team skills and resolution rates
- Represent the servicedesk in customer dialogues and collaborations
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers and colleagues
- Support the team with structure, processes, and quality assurance
