Main requirements:
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field
- Experience as Second line Technical Support, developer or equivalent within SaaS or IT industry
- Good knowledge of REST API framework and Postman
- Competency in JSON, XML, and SFTP
- Experience with QA testing and incident management
Responsibilities:
- Plan, structure and implement Inyett's API for new and existing customers and partners
- Set up integrations such as automating data transfer via SFTP
- Provide first- and second-line technical support, troubleshoot integrations and resolve issues
- Collaborate with incident coordinator during disruptions and incidents
- Lead technical projects including customer and API version migrations and integrations
- Support internal stakeholders with technical questions related to product deliveries
- Perform QA testing
