Product Owner

As a Product Owner at Webhallen, you will be part of the Digital & Brand Team and report to the Chief Digital Officer. You will drive the product area forward by making the right decisions and priorities to continuously generate value. The Product Owner holds the comprehensive picture of the product area, its development, lifecycle, and value creation, working closely with IT, business, and business development.
Main requirements:
- Relevant academic education
- 3-5 years of experience in agile product development, processes, and methods within retail/e-commerce
- Extensive experience working with IT and business development roles
- Strong commercial understanding and experience in results-driven work
- Good technical understanding and knowledge of software development
- Experience in driving development focused on increased customer value
- Good leadership skills
- Data-driven and goal-oriented working methods
- Good communication skills in both English and Swedish, experienced in managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- Entrepreneurial, creative, and curious with a passion for understanding the customer journey and customer behavior

Responsibilities:
- Ensure a clear vision and goal image for the product area together with stakeholders and the team
- Take overall responsibility for development of the product area
- Prioritize development within the product area
- Responsible for the product area's lifecycle, from start, maintenance, to phase-out

- Technical understanding of software development
- Leadership in a product context
- Data-driven decision making
