Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience driving product design in a fast-paced environment, preferably startup background
  • Documented experience of working through the entire product design process from user research to UI/UX
  • Strong skills in Figma
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Curious and adaptable; no specific prior experience in recruitment or finance required as learning happens on the job
Responsibilities:
  • Establish and drive the product design process including user research, problem definition, wireframing, prototyping, and design specifications
  • Take initiative proactively to identify needs and push the design work forward independently
  • Operate as a full-stack designer handling the entire design spectrum from early sketches to detailed UI/UX
  • Work closely with the CTO (who also acts as Product Manager) and liaise with sales and operations teams for valuable insights
  • Focus on building digital scalable products that solve real problems for users within recruitment and financial services
