PMO & Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and committed consultant to drive two important projects in international environments focusing on IT, data, and business value. The candidate will split time evenly between PMO responsibilities for a complex IT project in Finland and project management for a Customer Data Excellence project in Sweden, coordinating closely with project leaders, teams, and stakeholders to ensure structure, governance, and progress.
Main requirements:
- Minimum 5–7 years experience as a project manager or in PMO
- Experience in managing complex IT projects
- Comfortable working in international teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English speaking and writing
Responsibilities:
- Act as PMO for a complex IT project in Finland, establishing governance frameworks and tools
- Ensure project adherence to methods, standards, and processes
- Track progress, schedules, and deliverables
- Prepare reports and communication materials
- Coordinate stakeholders, meetings, and steering committees
- Lead a Customer Data Excellence project in Sweden focusing on data platform order and data governance model development
- Plan project, set goals and governance structure
- Manage schedules, resources, and quality
- Document and define business processes and information owners
- Develop data governance rules and models
- Communicate with stakeholders and report to steering committees
