Seeking a service-oriented and technically skilled Onsite IT Technician to work part-time in Jokkmokk, delivering high-quality IT support and ensuring optimal IT environment functionality for users.
Main requirements:
- Experience in IT support and troubleshooting
- Good knowledge of Windows Operating System and Office 365
- Understanding of networks and peripheral equipment
- Service-oriented and solution-focused with ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities:
- Manage IT inventory and register computers in customer systems
- Ensure conference room equipment and workplaces function properly
- Assist users in connecting monitors and peripheral equipment
- Perform replacement and maintenance of IT equipment as needed
