NOC Technician

We are looking for a driven and competent NOC Technician to monitor and maintain our customer's network infrastructure, ensuring high performance and security.
Main requirements:
- Education in networking
- Experience working in a Network Operations Center or similar technical support area
- Good knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching
- Skills in network monitoring tools and software
- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Continuous monitoring of network performance and functionality
- Real-time identification and troubleshooting of network-related problems
- Providing technical support and escalating issues when necessary
- Accurate documentation of network incidents and solutions
- Collaborating with other NOC technicians and IT specialists to resolve complex problems
Required hard skills:
- Networking education
- Knowledge of network protocols, routing and switching
- Experience with network monitoring tools and software
