Main requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in networks
- Troubleshooting network infrastructure
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Basic knowledge of fiber is meritorious
- Responsible and follow-up oriented personality
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring network infrastructure
- Issue management
- Troubleshooting
- Incident management
- Handling alarms
- Field support
- Documentation
- Internal and external communication
- Assist 3rd line with network-related tasks
Required hard skills:
- Network troubleshooting
- Network infrastructure understanding
Recommended hard skills:
- Basic fiber knowledge
- HCIA/CCNA/Nokia certification
- Experience as a NOC operator
