A consulting team focused on the Microsoft 365 ecosystem is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 consultant with expertise in SharePoint and Azure. Main requirements:
  • At least 5 years experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure focusing on development and administration.
  • Deep technical understanding of SharePoint development and Power Platform (Power BI).
  • Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell or other tools to optimize Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Knowledge of cloud migration and experience moving data and systems to Microsoft 365.
  • Ability to work independently, manage projects, and handle client communication.
  • A non-egotistical approach with willingness to collaborate and share knowledge with colleagues.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers and partners to develop and optimize Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Develop and customize SharePoint solutions tailored to client-specific needs including building modern intranets, advanced document management systems, and automated workflows.
  • Responsible for migrations, customizations, support, and training within Microsoft 365 to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption.
  • Identify and implement technical solutions that enhance long-term operational efficiency.
  • Analyze and improve existing processes and propose new technical tools.
  • Optimize usage of SharePoint, Power Platform, and other Microsoft 365 services.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and support colleagues.
  • Drive projects and manage customer dialogues.
