Main requirements:
  • Extensive experience in Dynamics 365 CE and Microsoft cloud ecosystem development, approximately 5 years or more.
  • Passion for structure, architecture, and writing high-quality code.
  • Curiosity and pedagogical skills, enjoying both learning and teaching.
  • Desire to combine technology expertise with responsibility and collaboration, appreciating the big picture.
Responsibilities:
  • Work at the forefront of technology, especially within Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Lead internal developer forums as creative hubs for inspiration, idea exchange, and skill development.
  • Review codebases and deliveries to ensure quality, sustainability, and scalability.
  • Coach colleagues through code reviews, technical guidance, and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with architects and other experts in cross-functional projects, sometimes leading and sometimes contributing as a team member.
Required hard skills:
  • Development within Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • C#.NET (including plugins, Custom APIs).
  • Power Apps Component Framework.
  • React.
  • Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
