Main requirements:

- Good verbal and written skills in Swedish and English
- Good knowledge of Windows operating system
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming support calls and resolve frontline technical issues
- Document cases thoroughly in English using the ServiceNow system
- Collaborate with colleagues on more complex issues escalated to backoffice
- Work within three areas: Frontline (first line support), Backoffice (handling escalated or portal tickets), and Request Fulfillment (processing orders including physical tasks)
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain focus on customer satisfaction
Required hard skills:
