IT Technician

We are looking for a service-oriented and technically skilled IT Technician with experience in user support and system administration to join our team providing technical support on-site and via remote support.
Main requirements:
  • Experience in IT support and technical troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
  • Experience with Active Directory and Intune
  • Ability to manage networks, hardware, and software
  • Experience in ticket handling using ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of Azure
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to users on-site and via phone and email
  • Work within Windows environments using standard applications and software
  • Troubleshoot and maintain the IT environment
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and groups in Active Directory
  • Administer Microsoft 365 and Intune
  • Work with networking and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Handle tickets in ServiceNow
  • Be responsible for the technical infrastructure of the office
