IT Technician

We are looking for a service-oriented and technically skilled IT Technician with experience in user support and system administration to join our team providing technical support on-site and via remote support.
Main requirements:
- Experience in IT support and technical troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
- Experience with Active Directory and Intune
- Ability to manage networks, hardware, and software
- Experience in ticket handling using ServiceNow
- Knowledge of Azure
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to users on-site and via phone and email
- Work within Windows environments using standard applications and software
- Troubleshoot and maintain the IT environment
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and groups in Active Directory
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Intune
- Work with networking and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Handle tickets in ServiceNow
- Be responsible for the technical infrastructure of the office
