Main requirements:
- Interest in IT and technical solutions
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, and IT equipment

Responsibilities:
- Assist users on-site and via remote connection with technical issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with computers, printers, networks, and other IT equipment
- Perform installations and maintenance of hardware and software
- Ensure equipment is correctly installed and updated
- Manage user accounts and permissions within Microsoft environment
Required hard skills:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating system
- Basic IT equipment handling
