IT Support Technician

Main requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Assist users on-site and via remote connection with technical issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems with computers, printers, networks, and other IT equipment
  • Perform installations and maintenance of hardware and software
  • Ensure equipment is correctly installed and updated
  • Manage user accounts and permissions within Microsoft environment
Required hard skills:
