Join Matsmart in the fight against food waste as an IT Specialist. You will provide user support, manage devices and IT infrastructure, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations in a fast-paced environment.
Main requirements:
  • 2-3 years experience in IT support or administration
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Curiosity and drive to improve systems, processes, and user experience
  • Clear communication skills with technical and non-technical users
  • Experience working with consultants and suppliers
  • Self-starter capable of prioritizing and handling multiple tasks
Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site and remote user support using ticketing systems (Jira Service Management preferred)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with PC and Mac devices
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting including Wi-Fi issues
  • Set up and maintain printers
  • Maintain password management systems like 1Password
  • Manage and troubleshoot integrations such as Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Support basic security tasks including patch management, triaging Microsoft Defender alerts, user and device security
  • Administer and support devices with Microsoft Intune
  • Manage users and groups in Entra ID (Azure AD)
