Join Matsmart in the fight against food waste as an IT Specialist. You will provide user support, manage devices and IT infrastructure, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations in a fast-paced environment.
Main requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in IT support or administration
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Curiosity and drive to improve systems, processes, and user experience
- Clear communication skills with technical and non-technical users
- Experience working with consultants and suppliers
- Self-starter capable of prioritizing and handling multiple tasks
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote user support using ticketing systems (Jira Service Management preferred)
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with PC and Mac devices
- Perform basic network troubleshooting including Wi-Fi issues
- Set up and maintain printers
- Maintain password management systems like 1Password
- Manage and troubleshoot integrations such as Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Support basic security tasks including patch management, triaging Microsoft Defender alerts, user and device security
- Administer and support devices with Microsoft Intune
- Manage users and groups in Entra ID (Azure AD)
Required hard skills:
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues

- Network basics and Wi-Fi troubleshooting

- Security patch management and alert triage
- Microsoft Intune administration

- Entra Conditional Access policy experience
- Deep knowledge of Intune policy management
- Familiarity with Azure resource management

- Slack workspace management
- Integration setup and management including user/group provisioning
- Mobile plan management, hardware procurement, software licensing
- Automation of IT tasks using PowerShell, Python or no-code platforms
