An experienced and driven project manager with a background in e-commerce or tech, skilled in leading teams, managing complex integrations, and building growth structures.
Main requirements:
- Experience in project management within e-commerce or tech
- Documented experience leading teams and managing subcontractors
- Experience with integration work, especially with Shopify, WooCommerce, and WordPress
- Knowledge in database management and system integration
- Very good communication skills in both Swedish and English
- Experience building structures and processes for scalability and efficiency
Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams effectively
- Manage complex integrations between e-commerce platforms and tech systems
- Build and implement scalable structures and processes
Required hard skills:
- Project management in e-commerce or tech
- Team leadership and subcontractor management
- System integration with Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress
- Database management
- Bilingual communication: Swedish and English

- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience in business development or business architecture
- Understanding of digital marketing and/or system integrations
- Experience with Asana or similar project management tools
