IT Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager for a comprehensive and business-critical assignment within energy systems and data integration. You will manage technical issues involving both new development and further development of applications – both custom-developed and purchased. Initially, the assignment focuses on implementing a business-critical system that handles large volumes of data and integrates with European actors.
Main requirements:
  • At least 12 years of experience as an IT project manager
  • Minimum 5 years in application development
  • At least 3 years managing implementation projects of purchased systems
  • At least 5 years experience with projects in large and complex IT environments
  • Experience with projects requiring high IT security standards
  • Experience handling applications managing large volumes of data
  • Experience working in or near agile teams
  • Experience with PPS, PROPS, or similar project management methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical planning, execution, and follow-up of projects
  • Coordinate development teams, security functions, and IT operations
  • Coordinate activities with external system suppliers and European partners
  • Ensure compliance with stringent security requirements and regulations
  • Report to program leader and steering committee
  • Support feasibility studies and transfer knowledge and solutions to operations upon project completion
