Senior IT Project Manager role focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) to improve and ensure the client's current identity and access governance aligns with modern security technology and regulations. The position is with Techster Solutions AB, a growing entrepreneurial IT company valuing knowledge sharing, innovation, and a flat, familial culture.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant project management experience
  • Experience leading comprehensive IT technical projects over the past 5 years
  • Responsibility for at least one project lasting longer than one year from start to finish including evaluation
  • Experience as a project manager within Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects to improve identity and access governance
  • Ensure compliance with modern security standards and data protection regulations
  • Manage project scope, timeline, and evaluation processes
  • Lead smaller groups and take responsibility for sub-areas within the project
Required hard skills:
  • Project management of complex IT projects
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and processes
