Main requirements:
- Proven ability to lead IT projects to completion under challenging conditions.
- Strong knowledge of project methodologies and ability to select appropriate approaches for risk and financial management.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and make difficult decisions.
- Experience with technology, people management, and delivering impactful results.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent spoken and written skills in Swedish and English.
Responsibilities:
- Drive major establishment projects and act as Service Delivery Manager or senior project manager depending on assignment and client needs.
- Manage operational control and strategic delivery aspects of projects.
- Use leadership and experience to create successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with experts in IT infrastructure and other disciplines.
Required hard skills:
- Project management certifications such as PRINCE2, MSP, MoP, PMP, or SAFe are considered hygiene factors.
- Strong knowledge of various project management methods and frameworks.
- Experience with risk management and financial control within projects.
- Familiarity with modern IT infrastructures (preferred).
- Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
