The role involves working with IT support and/or operations within a government organization to ensure a stable and secure IT environment. Main requirements:
  • At least one year of documented experience working with Windows environments, Active Directory, and Office 365
  • Experience in IT support and/or IT operations, preferably within public sector
  • Experience in client management and troubleshooting
  • Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting and handling IT support incidents
  • Operations and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Installation, configuration, and upgrading of software and hardware
  • Managing user accounts and permissions
  • Documenting processes and solutions
