The role involves working with IT support and/or operations within a government organization to ensure a stable and secure IT environment. Main requirements:
- At least one year of documented experience working with Windows environments, Active Directory, and Office 365
- Experience in IT support and/or IT operations, preferably within public sector
- Experience in client management and troubleshooting
- Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and handling IT support incidents
- Operations and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure
- Installation, configuration, and upgrading of software and hardware
- Managing user accounts and permissions
- Documenting processes and solutions
