Working within a government agency in Karlstad, responsibilities include IT support and/or operations, ensuring smooth IT environment functionality, handling incidents, system maintenance, installations, user account management, and documentation.
Main requirements:
  • At least one year of documented experience working in Windows environments, Active Directory, and Office 365
  • Experience with IT support and/or IT operations, preferably in the public sector
  • Experience with client management and troubleshooting
  • Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form
Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting and incident management within IT support
  • Operations and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Installation, configuration, and upgrading of software and hardware
  • Managing user accounts and permissions
