We are seeking solution-oriented and service-focused IT consultants with experience in support and operations. Positions available at various levels for a government client with varying needs over time. Work includes IT support and/or operations in a government organization ensuring a stable and secure IT environment.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum one year documented experience working with Windows environments, Active Directory, and Office 365.
  • Experience in IT support and/or IT operations, preferably within the public sector.
  • Experience with client management and troubleshooting.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish.
Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting and handling incidents within IT support.
  • Operations and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Installation, configuration, and upgrading of software and hardware.
  • Management of user accounts and permissions.
  • Documentation of processes and solutions.
