Join Riksbyggen as an IT-Architect/Tech Lead, playing a strategic and technical role focused on Microsoft Azure technology. Work closely with business and development teams to deliver integrated scalable IT solutions in property management.
Main requirements:
  • Relevant university or college education, preferably in IT or computer science
  • Experience as IT architect or similar role, ideally in the property industry
  • Strong background in system development, preferably Microsoft environment (.NET, Azure, Azure DevOps)
  • Experience with complex IT environments and solution design that meets high standards for performance, security, and maintainability
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and make well-founded decisions with stakeholders
  • Capability to see the big picture, identify synergies, and drive strategic initiatives
  • Fluent in Swedish, both verbal and written
Responsibilities:
  • Own the technical overall solution in change initiatives, focusing on integration and scalability
  • Ensure adherence to architecture principles and guidelines
  • Act as a sounding board for development teams and contribute to long-term sustainable development strategies
  • Conduct architecture reviews and prepare decision support material
  • Develop scenario descriptions and design service interfaces
  • Create traceability between business needs and technical solutions
