Information Security Consultant

A role for an experienced information security consultant to work with public sector clients across Sweden, focusing on strategic and operational tasks to improve information security practices, compliance, and management.
Main requirements:
  • Relevant higher education
  • Minimum 5 years of independent work experience in information security, preferably in the public sector
  • Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Providing support and acting as a sounding board for clients in information security matters
  • Handling complex issues within the field confidently and pedagogically
  • Conducting information classifications, risk and vulnerability analyses, and information mapping
  • Developing and conducting training in information security
  • Implementing or further developing clients' information security management systems (ISMS)
  • Supporting clients' compliance with ISO 27000, NIS2, GDPR, and other relevant regulations
Required hard skills:
  • Expertise in information security principles and practices
  • Experience with information classification, risk analysis, and vulnerability assessment
  • Knowledge of ISMS implementation and management
  • Familiarity with ISO 27000 series, NIS2, GDPR compliance
