Information Security Coordinator CISO at E-Health Agency

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Coordinator (CISO) to strengthen and lead the systematic information security efforts at E-Health Agency. This role involves strategic development, coordination, and follow-up of information security activities to support digital healthcare services in Sweden.
Main requirements:
  • Relevant higher education or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least ten years of experience in information security within public sector (state, region, or municipality)
  • Experience in analyzing, revising, and implementing systematic information security work
  • Experience with continuity planning for digital services and operations
  • Proficient in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coordinate, develop and follow up the agency's information security work
  • Develop internal regulations, methods and processes based on legal requirements and monitor compliance
  • Identify and assess threat landscape and convert into internal requirements and risks
  • Initiate risk assessments to identify and manage threats and vulnerabilities
  • Plan and conduct target group adapted training, workshops or other communication efforts on information security
  • Support management and other employees in information security assessments
  • Handle information security incidents
  • Monitor and follow developments in the information security field
Required hard skills:
  • Systematic information security management
  • Risk assessment and threat analysis

  • Development and implementation of internal policies and procedures
  • Incident management
  • Fluent Swedish and English communication
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience working within agile teams for information security
