AFRY is seeking a skilled and driven System Developer to join their team in Luleå to support customers in Northern Sweden within the Industrial IT sector. The role involves developing production-critical applications such as MES, Cybersecurity, visualization, and equipment/cloud integrations. The position offers opportunities for both updates to existing systems and new development from requirements analysis to commissioning, emphasizing teamwork, learning, and having fun at work.
Main requirements:
  • Degree in computer engineering or equivalent knowledge.
  • Experience as a system developer working in projects with mixed technologies.
  • Broad technical knowledge and interest in .NET Fullstack, SQL, Oracle, and front-end technologies.
  • Problem-solving skills combined with a customer service mindset and adaptability inherent to consulting roles.
Responsibilities:
  • Technical solution design and feasibility studies.
  • Broad system development including back-end/front-end frameworks, databases, integrations, and APIs.
  • Develop AFRY’s own system platform as well as customer-specific solutions.
  • Understand and translate user needs into suitable technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with AFRY colleagues to deliver larger solutions.
