The role involves operational tasks where you will be responsible for IAM-related activities and support Identity Management in daily operations including creating and managing identities and accounts throughout their lifecycle and underlying infrastructure. Work includes using FIM/MIM to manage digital identities and associated accounts, routine maintenance to prevent disruptions, incident handling, compliance audits, and capacity management. Additional responsibilities include developing policies and operational documentation, ensuring security requirements are met, and improving and optimizing existing infrastructure solutions where needed.
