Work as a helpdesk consultant within the public sector, providing IT support and contributing to society through stable, structured environments with professional onboarding and ongoing support.
Main requirements:
  • High school education (or equivalent) plus at least three years of work experience in similar roles
  • Or relevant IT education (e.g., university engineer degree, vocational college or equivalent) plus at least two years of relevant work experience
  • Good knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, communication, and information security
  • Basic skills in MS Office or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of ticketing/incident management systems (e.g., Easit GO or ServiceNow)
  • Good knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM)
  • Proficient communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure IT equipment functions properly
  • Provide service support to users via phone, email, and chat concerning hardware and software
  • Administer IT environments such as user accounts, permissions, and print queues
  • Instruct users on how to use various software programs
