Main requirements:
- Education in Supply Chain or Logistics
- Experience as a consultant working with Dynamics 365
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Strong process understanding in production and manufacturing
- Leadership and planning experience in production environments
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects within your specific module in production
- Set processes and drive solutions forward with the project team
- Engage with factory managers, planners, assemblers, and superusers
- Conduct workshops and testing prior to Go Live
- Advise and guide customers in their production processes during business system transitions
- Work on both local and global projects with occasional travel (about once a month or as needed)
Required hard skills:
- Dynamics 365 expertise
- Consultancy experience in Dynamics 365 production modules
- Process optimization in production/manufacturing
- Project leadership and planning skills
