Opportunity for entry-level IT professionals or recent IT high school graduates to join as First Line Support at EdZa AB in Solna. The role involves providing technical support, handling incoming support cases, and collaborating with a supportive team environment. The position is a consultancy with a possibility of permanent employment after 6 months, offering hybrid work options.
Main requirements:
  • Technical interest and passion for IT support
  • Service-minded and social with good teamwork skills
  • Responsible and flexible with a proactive attitude
  • High school education in IT or equivalent work experience
  • Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming support cases via phone, email, or ticket system
  • Provide technical support to end-users
  • Resolve approximately half of 20-30 support calls per day
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to second or third line support
  • Document cases and solutions
  • Create and maintain user manuals and instructions
Required hard skills:
  • Basic understanding of Windows and/or macOS
  • Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
  • Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365
