The role involves implementing infrastructure, configuring systems, providing technical advice, and documentation. Requires at least 5 years experience with Microsoft cloud services and competencies in Microsoft 365, Azure, server systems, networking, and security.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience with Microsoft cloud services
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot
  • Experience with Microsoft server and Active Directory
  • Knowledge of backup solutions
  • Networking skills
  • Security solutions experience
  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Experience with virtualized environments
Responsibilities:
  • Implement new IT infrastructure
  • Configure systems
  • Provide technical advisory services to new and existing customers
  • Create documentation
  • Work with a mixture of existing customers, ongoing assignments, and implementations with new customers
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by being flexible, attentive, and technically competent
  • Coach customers about benefits of new technology
