Lead the core digital products area for Manufacturing Execution business capabilities at Volvo Group, focusing on Digital Work Instructions within Assembly Assurance Control. Manage and develop a team of IT professionals, implement Agile and DevSecOps methodologies, and ensure high product quality aligned with company goals and compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Digital Product Area for Assembly Assurance & Control
  • Collaborate closely with Digital Product Managers and key stakeholders
  • Support transformation to DevSecOps ways-of-working
  • Line manage 10-15 IT professionals including Product Owners, Software Engineers, Solution Engineers, and Solution Architects
  • Develop team's skills and capacity for short and long-term goals
  • Promote continuous learning, honesty, transparency and collaboration
  • Ensure product quality meets compliance, budget, and SLAs
