Main requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership roles within technical fields, installation, or project management.
- Technical understanding of installation processes and complex systems.

Responsibilities:
- Establish and develop radio labs and installation workshops.
- Recruit and lead installation teams and subcontractors.
