We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager for IT operations and networks to lead and develop IT operations and network deliveries in a dynamic environment. The role involves ensuring a modern, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure and driving strategic improvements through clear governance and technical expertise. The position focuses on managing both cloud (Azure) and on-premises environments, network management (WAN & LAN), and leading transformation and consolidation projects in IT operations during 2025.
Main requirements:
  • 5–10 years of experience in IT operations and network in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Cloud solutions (Azure), on-premises environments, and WAN & LAN networks.
  • Experience with ITSM processes (ITIL) and service delivery management.
  • Ability to analyze and improve deliveries based on data and trends.
  • Experience in license management and cost optimization within IT operations.
  • Experience managing suppliers and monitoring SLAs and KPIs.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure IT operations and network deliveries meet business needs and goals.
  • Responsible for development and management of Cloud environments (Azure), on-premises operations, and network (WAN & LAN).
  • Identify and implement improvements focusing on efficiency, security, and scalability.
  • Evaluate technical solutions and develop recommendations and action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management), license management, and supplier governance.
  • Manage and follow up on external suppliers and partners, including orders and SLA/KPI monitoring.
  • Handle licenses and optimize cost-effective operations.
  • Act as Incident Manager, Problem Manager, and Change Manager within IT operations and network when needed.
  • Communicate and inform the business about changes within IT operations and network.
