Cloud Architect

The Cloud Architect will serve as the bridge between Cloud and R&D activities, focusing on cloud solutions primarily in Azure and AWS. The role involves influencing the development of Knowit's cloud business and working with a team of specialists, architects, and developers in a flexible and supportive environment. Remote work is possible, and the role requires both architectural design and hands-on implementation of cloud infrastructure.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum 3-4 years of cloud working experience.
  • Experience from several cloud projects, primarily Azure.
  • Certified in Azure, at least Admin Associate level.
  • Experience in both cloud architecture and hands-on cloud infrastructure implementation.
  • Fluent in Swedish, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Interest in working both holistically and hands-on.
Responsibilities:
  • Bridge cloud and R&D activities.
  • Influence the development of the cloud business.
  • Work collaboratively within a team of cloud specialists, architects, and developers.
  • Design, architect, and implement cloud infrastructure solutions primarily on Azure and AWS.
Required hard skills:
  • Azure Cloud platform expertise.
  • Azure Certification (at least Admin Associate).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure implementation.
  • Experience with AWS.
  • Cloud architecture design.
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams including R&D.
  • Knowledge of embedded, infotainment systems, or 5G development (as mentioned in company expertise).
Soft skills:
