Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Design IT architecture and document current and target IT environments with recommended action plans
- Participate in the execution of IT transformation and action plans
- Provide advanced support and handle escalated service desk issues
- Operate and support IT operations primarily in Azure environment
- Manage MDM/Intune configurations and operations
- Oversee network operations
