Clinical Project Manager

AMRA Medical AB is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to oversee clinical projects ensuring they are planned, executed, and completed on time, within budget, and scope. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients, managing risks, leading internal teams, and maintaining communication to deliver high-quality services. The position is based in Linköping, Sweden, with remote hybrid work options.
Main requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Experience managing clinical trials and/or working within CRO or pharmaceutical research organizations
- Working knowledge of GCP (Good Clinical Practice), Part 11, and HIPAA regulations
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities
- Experience with Word, Excel, and Google Drive preferred
Responsibilities:
- Serve as main point of contact for clients and imaging lead on clinical trials
- Implement project plans and develop presentations and timelines for kick-off meetings
- Develop and manage risk mitigation strategies
- Review study requirements and assessment criteria, collaborating to develop study start-up activities and documents
- Provide leadership to internal cross-functional teams for efficient project processing
- Conduct routine teleconferences with clients to communicate status, issues, and changes
- Escalate issues to management appropriately
- Forecast and track revenue submissions to meet departmental metrics and goals
- Participate in cross-functional teams for immediate and long-term objectives
- Maintain accurate records and meeting minutes according to regulatory guidelines
Required hard skills:
