CAD Administrator

We are looking for a dedicated CAD Administrator to support and provide the global organization with a CAD environment, CAD software, and CAD data management with high availability and security. This role involves managing CAD systems including CAD, PDM, and PLM software. The position can be located in Sweden or Poland.
Main requirements:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or design organization
- Good knowledge of SolidWorks and/or Creo
- Knowledge of PDM/PLM systems, preferably SAP CDESK, SAP ECTR
- Basic programming or scripting skills (advantageous)
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and task management
- Experience standardizing project documentation
- Higher technical education
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel occasionally
Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage CAD/PLM software (SolidWorks and/or CREO) for R&D/Engineering team
- Provide technical support for CAD/PLM users (SAP CDESK, SAP ECTR)
- Prepare and manage software updates and maintain CAD software
- Monitor and assist users regarding system integration between CAD and PLM systems
- Analyze and troubleshoot SAP PLM integration issues
- Maintain system documentation and training materials
- Effectively manage tasks and ensure timely completion
